What training methodology do you abide by?
We adhere to evidence-based and learning-driven principles, while recognizing that each dog (and each client) is unique. We support the majority of tools and techniques commonly used in modern training programs. However, recognizing that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution, if a client has a particular tool or training preference, we are happy to collaborate and accommodate their individual needs. We never use fear, intimidation, or pain to influence a dog's behavior.
Is payment due prior to the start of the service?
Yes, all payment is due prior to the start of your session. You can book your session online through the services section of our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know life happens. All first time cancellations have no fee, regardless of when you cancel. If this is not your first cancellation, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your session, or there is a $50 cancellation fee.
